Kasale di Tenna

Kasale di Tenna is a holiday home in Le Marche, Italy.
On the edge of the nature reserve ‘Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini’, just outside the village Sarnano, this holiday house ‘Kasale di Tenna’ is the all-season twin building of the 2 tents glamping site ‘Tende di Tenna’.
Together they form ‘Borgo di Tenna’. Both Kasale and Tende can be rented separately or together as a holiday residence.
The project was built by the Belgian owner with a focus on privacy, rest, comfort and unity with the surrounding nature.

Enjoying life, in a ultramodern building with splendid views on a well preserved medieval village.

The 5ha property of Borgo di Tenna (Tende di Tenna + Kasale di Tenna) with its panoramic pool is a perfect holiday residence for families who prefer to avoid mass tourism and are keen to discover the real 'Bella Italia'.

800m above sea level, on the border of the Sibbilian mountains and the typically Italian hillside.
Surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view on the village of Sarnano, a typically Italian medieval village that offers an attractive balance between tourism and tradition.

Kasale di Tenna is tiny and built on modern ecologic standars, but offers more comfort than any other holiday residence. The bedroom sleeps 4 (2x1 + 1x2), in the living room a full double bed is hidden in a cupboard and can easily be set-up.
Kasale di Tenna lives comfortably 6 people in summer conditions.

During the the winter season Kasale di Tenna is an ideal weekend resort for a family of max 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Bigger groups can rent Kasale di Tenna together with Tende di Tenna, the whole Borgo offering privacy and comfort to 12 people.

The living room of Kasale di Tenna has a modern and well-equipped kitchen. All instruments (like oven, microwave, induction plates and dish washer) are available. Kitchen and living room can be opened towards the terrace and pergola. A relaxed summer barbecue with direct contact between kitchen, terrace and garden are an evidence.
The living room also has a nice ultramodern fireplace offering ski holiday ambiance and an extra heat to the day-to-day floor heating.

Aside the kitchen is a semi-covered terrace with barbecue. A pergola offers sufficient shade. The open back end of the terrace directs uphill from where a cold summerbreeze refreshes your lazy afternoon.

Garden and swimming pool (an infinity pool of 10x6m) are shared by all guests of Tende di Tenna.

Easy to reach by car, but a road map for the last few kilometres is necessary as google maps and most gps devices situate the place ‘off road’. Don’t worry, the roads are easily accessible.
Nearby airports are Perugia, Ancona, Pescara & Rome.

Renting during the high season (July - August) is on a weekly base, starting on Saturdays. Mid-season and winter rental can be organised on a daily base, including weekend offers.
